My husband is not a happy camper these days. Last night he came home from work and turned on his computer and… it broke. Mind you the computer is four years old and he has gotten his money’s worth out of it. But the timing right now is just bad. I tried to talk him into buying a new computer but I don’t know if he is going to. If not I guess for a little while I’ll have to share mine. Oh man, I hope he buys a new one.
Today is a cold, windy and rainy miserable day. And… it doesn’t help that I barely got any sleep last night so I am exhausted as well. Although I have a pile of work that I need to get done on the computer, I don’t think I’m going to even be able to finish half of it. So I think I’ll do a little blogging, look up some cheap insurance online and then just shut my computer down. Today is the kind of day that you want to experience just laying around and I think that’s exactly what I’m going to do.
Well it’s finally Friday so I guess it’s about time I made some weekend plans. My husband has to work tomorrow (surprise, surprise) and I have to work for a few hours on Sunday so I guess we won’t be doing much of anything now will we. The kids have the weekend off so I guess that’s something. So I guess for this weekend it will just be a weekend of working and not much else.

After five days of brutally hot weather, we are now enjoying some cooler temps. This makes me seriously happy! I am so tired of being hot and sticky. I can actually breathe in my house. So maybe today I will actually be able to get a little bit of work accomplished in my house. I do enjoy summer, but I HATE this hot weather. Hopefully these types of temps won’t creep back on us any time soon.
I am so annoyed at my husband’s insurance company! Two weeks ago he purchased a Jeep Liberty and I was so excited. Well I’m not really excited any more. After he switched over his insurance he asked about putting me on as a second driver. Well the extra money they quoted him just isn’t worth me getting behind the wheel. I really wish he would switch insurance companies because I know he could get a cheaper quote somewhere else. But he doesn’t want to because he also gets cheap home insurance from them where we can’t get from anyone else. Oh well, I do have my own car so it’s not a real big deal. It’s just annoying that’s all.
