What a long weekend I had here at my house. The kid’s teachers had meetings on Friday and today so that meant they were home for four days in a row. Well I guess today they started to get a little bored because they didn’t really stop fighting all day. It is now 5:00 supper time and I have a headache and am exhausted. I know it’s because of all the fighting today. But on a good note, they will both be on that school bus tomorrow morning and I will once have my quite days back. Now all I have to do is get through the rest of the day today.

For the past few months my husband has been making noises about buying a truck for himself. A couple of years ago he bought a Jeep Liberty for himself but I have kind of taken over driving it. This means that he is left driving my car and I don’t think he’s really pleased about that. I have told him the only way I’ll let him purchase a truck is if he trades in my car and still leaves me the jeep. This means he will once again have a car loan and have to invest in some extra emergency road service options, but I think he’s be okay with that. So…. maybe soon I’ll be posting that he has bought a new truck and that the Jeep Liberty is mine to keep!

Wow… I think mother nature is trying to confuse me. For the past few days we have had nicer weather than we did this past summer but today you’d swear to god that it’s going to snow! It is so…. cold out today that my house is freezing. Now the past few days it was so hot outside that I really did regret putting away my air conditioner. But it is fall now and not summer so I guess I’ll have to get used to the cold temps once again. I just wish mother nature would make up her mind and let me either be hot or cold, not both!

Well once again it’s the weekend and once again we have no plans. Man… life is pretty boring around here. Oh yeah, I have loads of work that I could do but there is nothing that I really want to do. But… I guess I’ll have to figure something out. I’m really starting to get a little depressed with life these days and honestly if I don’t find something different or interesting to do I think I’m going to go a little looney. Oh well, that’s life as a grown up I guess. So I guess I’ll just have to go and do some boring stuff once again and hope that life will get interesting sooner rather than later.

I have to say that these past couple of days with my internet service has not been fun! My router keeps shorting me off and kicking me off my internet connection. So I have spent quite a bit of time on the phone with my service provider and quite a bit of time trying to fix the problem. But I guess the only way to fix this problem is for me to get a new router. Until then I only have internet when it decides it wants to work. So any plans of blogging about halloween props or anything else for that matter will have to be put on hold for a couple of days. But hopefully things will get sorted out when I get a new router in the next couple of days.

Yeah, yesterday I took my computer back to the store where I purchased it, hoping against hope that they would do something for me. And…. they did! They gave me a new computer to replace my other one and I didn’t even need any highlights coupons at dropdowndeals to get this new computer. I was so happy! The warranty had run out on mine, but it was only out for a week so they happily replaced my computer and I am extremely happy about this. So because of this amazing customer service, you can just bet that this will be the store where I head to when I or one of my family members needs a new computer.

Well it’s the weekend and I haven’t done a thing around my house. I was told by my doctor to take life a bit easier for a little while and I am following doctor’s orders to a tee. I haven’t even bothered to dust my fireplace mantels or do any other type of housework. I have sat on my computer for a little bit and did a tiny bit of work but other than that, I’m taking advantage of a quiet and relaxing weekend. Housework time will come soon enough for me.

Well as you can all tell, I really haven’t been online that much these past few days. Well that’s because my computer is seriously acting up and I honestly can’t deal with all the problems. So I just get done what absolutely needs to be done on the computer and then I shut the thing down. It’s times like this that I really wish I had gone to school and got qualified for some tech jobs. But since I didn’t, all I can do is fight with this thing day in and day out. I know I really need to replace this computer but I can’t right now. So I guess I’ll have to do what I’ve been doing at least for a little while longer.
