Yay! It’s Friday once again. So it’s once again time to figure out what we are going to be doing this upcoming weekend. We are supposed to get a little rain over the weekend so I’m sure we won’t be doing a whole lot of BBQing (which also means I won’t have to invest in the best diet pill either). But I’m sure we will be able to find something fun to do. We are really hoping that it doesn’t rain Saturday night as we are planning on taking the kids to the drive in. But I guess we will have to wait and see.
So have a great weekend and I’ll see you all again the first of next week.

I received a long distance phone call from my brother today. His baby girl just gave birth to her first baby girl.

This makes five grandchildren for him. And he’s just as proud of this one as he has been for the last four. So I asked him to tell my niece congratulations and hopefully soon I’ll receive some pictures.

My youngest son and his father are quite close. They have a lot of things in common and just love to do father and son things together. One are they have started to heavily get into is playing with electric airsoft guns. Although my son is only eight, he is very careful when he plays with his Airsoft Electric Guns. And is only allowed to use them when his father is around to supervise. He is very good at following this rule. He does not beg and whine to play with his electric airsoft gun if his father isn’t around. I really have no interest in electric air soft guns so this is why he must wait until his father is available. I do special things with our daughter, so it’s quite nice that the boys have this little sport to do together.

My sister in law was just informed that she needs to lose a pile of weight and needs to lose it quite quickly. Apparently the excess weight that she is carrying is doing some damage to her heart. And if she doesn’t get rid of it quickly, this could really turn into something bad. So for the last three days she has been driving herself crazy looking at different diet pill reviews. There is a lot of information available on the Internet and it is taking her a while to sift through it all. But she wants to be safe so she has decided to take as much time as she needs to find the perfect solution. I really don’t envy her in all this.

Trying to find the perfect gift for my father in law’s new wife has become quite a chore. At her age, she really has everything she wants. And if she doesn’t she just goes out and buys it. But I think I have come up with the perfect gift for her. I have found a site where I can purchase some Personalized Religious Stationery. She is highly religious and I really do think she would appreciate something like this. This site also sells Custom Religious Invitations Cards, religious cards and religious invitations. I really think she would appreciate this site. So along with her stationery, I am going to give her the link to where I made my purchase. This way she can order anything of her choice when she wants to.

In a couple of weeks, my younger brother will be turning 40. Well his wife is having a surprise birthday party for him. Yesterday we got our Birthday Party Invitations in the mail. Actually these cards were really cute. But he hasn’t seen the Party Birthday Invitations so I really can’t tease him about them just yet. When I asked her where she purchased birthday party invitations, she informed me that she found them at www.express-invitations. This site sells all kinds of party invitations and will even customize your invitations party to your own specifications. When the time arises that I need some birthday party invitations, I can really see myself going to this site and purchasing a few of the cards that they offer.

As in my last post, I was telling you all that we probably wouldn’t be going camping this weekend and had plans for a nice quiet weekend at home. Well, that’s exactly what happened. Because it was calling for rain all weekend, we had already decided not to go. Well it was a good thing that we didn’t have any real plans, or the kids would have been hugely disappointed as not only did it rain all weekend, but my husband ended up getting called into work as well.
But we were able to get a little shopping done. We went to the WalMart in a town not too far from here and were able to find some pretty great buys on kids clothing. We also checked out some of the ipods that they had on sale as well. We didn’t purchase any, due to the fact if we buy the kids one, it will be a grading present and they really don’t need to know quite yet what we get them for grading. But except for my husband getting called into work, it was a pretty nice weekend.

Our official camping season started on May 15 in our area. But so far we have been unable to go on any camping trips. Last weekend we made plans to go camping, but were unable to go as my husband had to work. This weekend we thought we were going to be able to go camping, but it seems like the weatherman is not cooperating with us. It is raining right now and is supposed to rain all weekend. And, camping in the rain just isn’t that much fun. So it looks like we will end up with another weekend of not camping. Hopefully next weekend will turn out differently.

Most of the guys at my husband’s work rides a motorcycle. And now he has decided that he wants to purchase one as well. I haven’t really said too much about this little venture to him, but I can tell you all that I’m not really happy with his decision to start looking for one. Last year his boss was in a serious motorcycle accident and now the thoughts of my husband owning one and driving one really does scare the crap out of me. Honestly folks if he does end up purchasing one, I’m going to have to have a Oakland motorcycle accident lawyer on speed dial. Hopefully he gives up this little dream of his, or I can really see myself spending the entire summer worrying about him being out on the road. Only time will tell, I guess.
