For the past couple of days I’ve had my youngest son home from school. Well I’m *happy* to report that he gave me his sickness. Today I feel really crappy and am not really sure how long I will spend on the computer even. This happens to me all the time. I just get one or the other of the kids better and then I end up getting it. So I think I’m going to do a little more blogging, shut the computer off and go lay down. Hopefully I’ll feel better tomorrow as I do have to go to work tomorrow night.

Well so far this has turned into a very long weekend and it’s only Saturday morning! The kids were home from school yesterday and spent most of the day fighting and so far this morning they have been at each other’s throats once again. Some of the reason is because it’s bee raining for the past three days so they aren’t able to go outside at all and are stuck inside with each other. And the other reason I think is to see how nuts they can make me. Oh well…. Monday is coming.

It’s only the first of November and we already have to have all our room heaters turned on. So… if this is a sign of things to come for the winter, I think it’s going to be a cold one. Last year we didn’t have to turn any heaters on until December so we didn’t have to pay the extra costs in hydro. But it looks like this year is going to be a little different and we’ll just have to suck it up and pay the extra hydro money. After all, we have to stay warm.

Earlier this morning my husband called me while he was out on a service call. He wanted to know if I wanted him to stop in with breakfast from McDonald’s. Of course I said yes! Yes, I realize that after eating this food I will have to invest in some oily skin treatments but…. it will be so worth it. So he arrived home with two egg McMuffins and two coffees from my favorite coffee shop. Now you know why I have the bestest husband on this planet.

Every year my husband asks me for a list of things that I want for Christmas. Well this year I have a very small list, but an expensive one. On my list I have a watch, a wireless printer and an iphone with a decent iphone warranty attached with it. See…. a small list, but a costly one. But since I haven’t asked for very much, I’m really hoping that I get everything on the list. Yes… I’m just as bad as a kid at Christmas.
